Do we pay more for more languages?
No. All supported translation languages are included in every plan. The same 60 minutes of processed audio counts as 60 minutes whether your guests choose one translation language or five.
How are translation minutes counted?
Only the time someone is actually speaking counts. Waiting time and silence are not included.
What happens when our minutes run out?
These plans are designed to keep translation running. Standard adds extra time at $0.08 per minute to your next bill; Advanced adds it at $0.05. First Try also continues beyond 60 minutes, with a bill after the service. Its extra-minute rate will be announced before purchase.
Which plan fits our church?
Choose by your gatherings, not your congregation’s size. First Try is a single-service introduction. Standard includes enough time for four 90-minute gatherings with 40 minutes to spare. Advanced gives you more room for Bible studies, fellowship, and special events. Above 900 minutes a month, Advanced costs less than Standard with extra time.
